: I wanna torture Togepi by killing him in front of Misty's eyes, burning him until he screams and cries to death, put him out with gasoline, abuse him, beating the heck out of him, throw it against the wall and crack his egg shell and say "

UGH, I know right? Togepi is just a little annoying whatchamacallit and she does nothing but eat, cry, and be so annoying. Ugh! I'm glad she evolved and left the show.
